7. Anti-Fraud and Anti-Cheat Monitoring
QuickFire Trivia uses automated systems and behavioral analysis tools to detect cheating, fraud, abuse, automation, unauthorized account activity, and attempts to manipulate gameplay, rewards, or matchmaking systems. Data collected for this purpose may include gameplay timing, answer patterns, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and account activity logs. This monitoring is a core part of maintaining fair competition and protecting the integrity of our reward system.
8. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by:
- Emailing privacy@quickfiretrivia.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
- Including your registered email address and username
Upon verified request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention purposes. Note that deletion of your account results in permanent forfeiture of all virtual currency and unredeemed tickets.
9. Advertising
We display rewarded advertisements that allow you to earn in-game tokens. Our advertising partners, including Google AdMob, may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can limit personalized advertising through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
10. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls limiting who can access your data. Authentication uses OTP codes only — we never store passwords. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
11. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Gameplay logs and anti-fraud data may be retained for up to 3 years to protect against fraudulent redemption claims. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
